4 Weeks, 4 Elements: write your story in a snapshot

Do you have a camera and a story to tell? Take part in the Block Notes Photo Contest, the online photography challenge that tests your creativity, one week at a time.

Each week there is a new theme to interpret through your unique perspective. You have until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday to submit your photo. The photos can be taken anywhere; they do not need to have any connection to Sirmione or Lake Garda.

Double challenge, double excitement

The jury will evaluate each individual photograph week after week, and at the end of the four weeks, your four photographs will be judged as a narrative sequence. Four shots that tell your story. Open to everyone, free registration, creativity without limits.

Nature through its fundamental forces: energy, transformation, balance

April 27 – May 3: EARTH
The force that sustains, nourishes, roots, and welcomes: soil, rocks, matter

May 4 – May 10: WATER
The force that flows, gives movement and life: rain, rivers, sea, reflections

May 11 – May 17: AIR
The invisible force that gives breath to nature: wind, sky, clouds

May 18 – May 24: FIRE
The force that transforms, destroys, and regenerates: light, sun, heat

Weekly prizes

A guided tour for two people to the Grotte di Catullo (Catullo Caves)
